What Lucy's Famous Chocolate Scene Says About The News Feed

2/20/2014

DO YOU REMEMBER THIS CLASSIC SCENE FROM "I LOVE LUCY"?

It's a GREAT representation of what COULD happen on your news feed, if it weren't for some behind-the-scene tweaks from Facebook.

On an average day, you may have 1,500 potential stories from all of the people, groups, and pages that you follow. It's just too much. Based on feedback (likes, comments, shares, hides), these stories are prioritized and an average of 300 stories are actually displayed.
What does this mean for your business page? To get your stories seen, you will either need to PAY for advertising OR create a QUALITY-MIX OF FABULOUS CONTENT that your readers seek out, view, and interact with regularly.

Regular engagement is key.

Tarina Rose has been "giving them something to talk about" since birth. Legend has it, her first words were "I want to see my attorney."

She's the only Volvo-driving, spur-wearing soccer Mom around.  But don't let her fool you.  She packs an iphone and she's not afraid to use it.

As they say, the rest is history.  (Did I really say that?)
